GF-SCHED WG - Resource Management Arch. (in color)..

Dear All:

Based on the:
  A Grid Resource Management Architecture - draft
document that Steve Chapin emailed over our discussion list, I created a colored
figure and titled it as:
  "A Grid Resource Management Architecture (of GF SCHED-WG)"
All items are labeled for ease and marked. I tried to use all those terms used 
in the documents. The terms used in discussion were little different from those
labeled and in such circumstance, I put both terms (labeled/described).

Additionally, I have put distinguished labels for global and local schedulers.

A domain control agent (aka domain/local resource manager) is responsible
for committing resources for use, so this can offer various services including
reservation and support for trading/bidding/negotiating, provide state
information,
etc. So, added few of these in parenthesis for quick understanding at a glance.

I hope I have *not* introduced any errors while creating this updated figure.
Also, I hope distinguished colors that I added/mapped to each entities 
looks Ok. If you find any errors, please let me know.
