I agree with Akos here in that I believe we are at a point in time
where we need to start working bottom-up, folks are implementing (or
at least posed to) and need standards to develop to. Certainly if we
have folks interested in doing this work, we should be encouraging
that activity.
I don't think precludes ogsa-sec-wg from continuing the higher level
architecture.
