Re: [nm-wg] delay/loss related RFC's
I don't think anyone in this group has ever suggested a contrary
approach. Please look at the report schema and (earlier) NM-WG "profile"
document for details.
In trying to map these RFC's to concrete (XML) messages certain issues
still come up, though. That's where I think we are now.

I believe we should at least begin with the RFC's as a starting point.
If there are specific reasons to depart from the RFC's than we can
discuss doing that. But a lot of very smart people have reviewed these,
and it seems foolish to me for us to not at least start with this work.
