[nm-wg] comments needed on heirarchy doc and DAMED doc

There are only 2 weeks left on the "public comment" period for both  
DAMED doc and the NMWG hierarchy
doc.  We have been told that the steering group does not like to  
approve docs with no comments, so please comment! (positive or  
negative; ie: post something like: "I think is important work and  
should be approved", or
"I think this is important, but they got it all wrong"  :-)
