[nm-wg] NM-WG request schema: 2nd draft

Hi Folks,

Following some phone calls, and some comments by email, I'm pleased to
announce that we've finished a second draft of the request schema
requirements. The new version (1b) can be found here:
http://www.gridmon.dl.ac.uk/nmwg/request_schema_requirements-01b.rtf. Quite
a lot has changed since the first draft, so you're probably best reading it
afresh.

The schema itself, and the associated XMLSpy and hand-written documentation
can be found  on Paul Mealor's web pages, as can some examples:

Again, the hand written schema documentation will hopefully get updated over
the next few days, as we recognise that quite a few prefer this to the
XMLSpy stuff.
