Please take a look at the list of issues email that was posted.
Once we get that worked out, Jason Novotny will be helping me
put together the BP papers.  Then, these will be presented and
discussed at GGF1, along with the list of issues.  From this,
we will generate the call for papers for the CP&E publication
and seek volunteers to help with this.
