Here is a list of possible Grid COmputing Environments.
Please add suggestions to this list.  Feel free to add
dissenting opinions.

*  Portals:  User, Computational, Educational, 
   Application, Information
   Each of these provide a vertical access to a set of resources
   on which the user gets tasks done.  Usually web based

*  Problem Solving Environments:
   need good defn

*  Applications:
   Self contained programs that perform Grid tasks for users.

*  Workflow Env's:
   need good defn
