1. GGF12 Registration Open
The registration site for GGF12, to be held on September 20-23 in
Brussels, Belgium, is now open. Please visit
http://www.regonline.com/eventinfo.asp?EventId=15421 to take advantage
of advanced registration rates.
The GGF12 program is comprised of two segments. The first segment is
the Enterprise Grid "Plenary" program offered on September 20-21 at the
Crowne Plaza Hotel in downtown Brussels. See below for more
information.
The technical segment is comprised of workshops and the
standards-building, working and research group sessions. This segment
is located at the Vrije University Brussels (VUB). Workshops will begin
on Monday, September 20 with the bulk of the group sessions starting on
Tuesday afternoon and ending by noon on Thursday, September 23. Care is
being taken to minimize the overlap between the two segments. Visit

Finally, GGF will also be offering tutorials at both venues. These
tutorials will be announced and available for registration after August
9.
2. GGF12 Scheduling Request
Deadline for scheduling requests is on/before: Wednesday, August 25th.
DEADLINE for Charter Discussion BOF's is on/before: Wednesday, September
1st. No Late Requests Will Be Accepted. Charter Discussion BOF's may
request a session during the same time WG/RG are submitting their
requests. Note: Charter Discussion BOF's will not be scheduled until
after Friday, August 20th.
