[caops-wg] Public Comment Period for "Certificates for Automated Clients"

Sorry about the delay in notifying this group, but "Certificates for
Automated Clients" went into it's public comment period last week.  Comments
are due by 2004-May-19.

Note that the GGF Editorial process requires public comments for a document
can move forward - without any comments the document will be stalled - so
please read it over and comment!
